We started raising goats in 2005 but we have now sold most of our commercial stock and decided to raise registered Boer and Nubian
goats. Our Amish neighbor came knocking on the door with this 3 day old sick kid boer goat, and said "I don't have the time to take care of her, do you want her?" Of course we said yes! Today she is healthy and growing great. We then purchased her Fullblood Sire and Dam. Then a local man we know, decided to sell out so he gave us a package deal on 3 Fullblood Boer Does (2 already bred) and his Fullblood Boer Buck. So now we have joined the ABGA and hope to have some good quality registered boer goats for sale within the next year. Some of their bloodlines include Top Gun No. 2, Powell/Holman, Eggsfile, Eggstrasensory Perception, Eggspensive, Ryals Topbrass, Eggs-Ryals Magnum, Downen,
RRD and more.

This is "Hope" our first fullblood doeling. This picture is of her at 6 weeks old weighing 25lbs. She has been bottle fed goat's milk. Since we are keeping her we will be selling her Sire and buying another Buck to get some different bloodlines. Right now she is going to be "Makenzie's" show goat for 4-H.
This is a picture "Heather" took for 4H. This is the team of horses that was used to bale our Alfalfa. Our kids truly enjoy watching the way Amish live and work.
