Welcome Friends!

We are Darby, Barbi, Heather, Dylan, and Makenzie Savage. We are located just outside Windsor, Missouri and have a small goat farm where we raise registered Boer goats. Our three kids are members of Windsor 4-H, and MJBGA. We truly enjoy showing and meeting new people, although we have just started showing in AGBA show's in 2009.

We started raising goats in 2005 but we have now sold most of our commercial stock and decided to raise registered Boer. Our Amish neighbor came knocking on the door with this 3 day old sick kid boer goat, and said "I don't have the time to take care of her, do you want her?" Of course we said yes! So since then we having been buying mostly registered stock. We have however found that just because its registered does not mean that they are quality stock!!

This is "Hope" our first fullblood doeling. This picture is of her at 6 weeks old weighing 25lbs. She was "Makenzie's" show goat for 4-H in 2009.

This is a picture "Heather" took for 4H. This is the team of horses that was used to bale our Alfalfa. Our kids truly enjoy watching the way Amish live and work.
